Staring off into the distance Mike is probably thinking – if I hit that hill climb pinned in 3^rd up the right line to that tree, then bounce over to the left rut…he should get there. Having a strategic plan and making quick decisions is part of Mike’s daily routine. A day job driving operations, managing complex projects, and directing highly motivated teams within the automotive manufacturing industry. He has served as Vice President of Product Development, Engineering Manager, and his current appointment as Director of Operations.

A middle son of two drag racing parents, he can’t imagine a life without horsepower, wheels, or wrenches. Racing motorcycles and go-karts from a young age, he graduated to sprint cars. With years of trophies and championships, of his own and with professional teams, the time spent with his parents in the shop and at the track is what he values most. The goals achieved together forged his love of building a successful team which led to earning two patents, starting two businesses, and then acquiring five others.
